Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information this website handles and the outside services it uses. We keep data collection to the minimum needed.

1. Summary

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and does not set cookies of its own.
It has no sign-up, payment or inquiry form. We do not collect payment details or financial account information.
If you use the chat assistant, the messages you send are processed by OpenAI to generate replies (details below).
You can contact us through Instagram or X, which are run by third parties under their own policies.

2. Who is responsible

The website is operated by InvestingIR. You can reach us through the channels on the contact section.

3. Information handled when you visit

The website is hosted on Netlify. Like most hosting services, Netlify processes technical request data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and timestamps, in order to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. We do not add analytics on top of this. Fonts and other assets are served from the site itself, so your browser does not contact font or CDN providers when loading pages.

4. The chat assistant

When you send a message in the chat assistant, your browser sends it, along with recent earlier messages from the same conversation (up to the last ten), to a serverless function running on Netlify. The function forwards them to the OpenAI API to generate a reply and returns the reply to you.

We do not build a database of conversations, and the function is written not to log the content of your messages.
The conversation is kept only in your browser’s memory and disappears when you reload or close the page.
OpenAI processes the messages as a service provider under its own terms and policies, which may include retaining API data for a limited period (for example for abuse monitoring). We request that responses are not stored for later retrieval, but we cannot control OpenAI’s practices. See OpenAI’s own privacy policy for details.
Your IP address is used by Netlify and, briefly, in the function’s temporary memory to limit excessive requests.
Please do not enter personal, financial-account or other sensitive information, and never passwords, private keys or recovery phrases.

5. Contacting us

If you message us on Instagram or X, or by email or an online booking page if these are added in future, we will receive what you send and your profile or contact details. Those services process your data under their own policies. We use the information only to respond to you and to arrange and deliver consultations. If new services such as email or booking tools are added, this policy will be updated.

6. Payments

This website does not collect payment information.

7. Cookies and local storage

The website does not set cookies and does not store information in your browser’s persistent storage.

8. Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers described above (Netlify for hosting and OpenAI for the chat assistant) and with social platforms if you use them to contact us. These providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States.

9. Retention

We do not keep chat conversations. Messages you send us through social platforms or other channels are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage consultations, or as long as those platforms keep them. Hosting providers keep technical logs according to their own schedules.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as access, correction or deletion. To make a request about information we hold, contact us through the channels above. You can also contact the relevant service providers directly. If you are concerned about how your information is handled, you may be able to complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Children

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as the website or services change, for example if a booking system or business email is added. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
