Please read this page before using the website or booking a consultation. It explains what InvestingIR is, what it is not, and the risks involved in financial markets.

Last updated: 12 October 2026

InvestingIR provides financial education and general information only. All consultations are educational and do not constitute personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a guarantee of investment results. Clients are responsible for conducting their own research and making their own financial decisions. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of capital. Derivatives, leveraged products, and cryptocurrencies can involve substantial risk.

1. The service is educational

InvestingIR offers one-on-one financial education. Sessions explain how financial markets, asset classes and strategies work, compare their characteristics, costs and risks, and help clients understand platforms and tools. The purpose is to help you understand your options and think independently.

InvestingIR is not a brokerage, investment fund, financial advisory firm or trading-signal service. We do not manage money, hold client funds, access client accounts or place trades. We do not tell clients what they personally should buy, sell or hold.

The 30-minute introductory discussion for new clients is used to understand your interests, experience and learning priorities so that the education is relevant. It is not a personalized financial assessment and does not produce an investment recommendation.

2. Not personalized advice

Nothing on this website, in the chat assistant, or in any consultation is personalized financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We do not consider your individual objectives, finances or circumstances in order to recommend a course of action. If you need advice about your own situation, consider speaking with a suitably qualified and licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

3. Risks of financial markets

All investing and trading involves risk, including the possible loss of some or all of the capital you commit. In particular:

  • Market risk and volatility: prices can fall sharply and unpredictably, and can stay low for long periods.
  • Leverage: borrowed exposure can magnify losses as well as gains, and losses can exceed the amount initially put in.
  • Derivatives: futures, options and CFDs are complex, can be highly leveraged and are not suitable for everyone.
  • Cryptocurrencies: prices can be extremely volatile; there may be custody, counterparty, security and regulatory risks.
  • Liquidity and counterparty risk: some instruments may be hard to sell at a fair price, and counterparties can fail.
  • Inflation, fees and taxes: these can reduce real returns.
  • Behavioural risk: emotions and cognitive biases can lead to poor decisions.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

4. Examples and visuals are illustrative

Examples used in sessions or on this website are hypothetical illustrations intended to explain concepts. They are not predictions, forecasts, promises or representations of what any investment has done or will do. Charts, candlesticks, rising lines and similar graphics on this website are decorative and do not show real market data, real accounts or real performance.

5. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee profits, returns, or that any approach will outperform the market. Learning about markets does not ensure any particular financial outcome.

6. You are responsible for your decisions

You are responsible for conducting your own research and for any decision you make about your money, including whether to invest, trade, or use any platform, product or service. Please make sure you understand the risks and consider your own circumstances before acting.

7. Regulation

Whether an activity is regulated can depend on where you and the provider are located and on what is actually being done. A disclaimer does not by itself change the legal character of an activity. InvestingIR aims to keep its services and content consistent with their educational purpose, and it is your responsibility to consider the rules that apply to you.

8. The AI chat assistant

The website includes an AI-powered chat assistant that provides general educational information about investing concepts and the service. It can make mistakes, it does not know your personal circumstances, and its answers are not personalized advice. It cannot book consultations or take payments. Please do not share passwords, account numbers, private keys, recovery phrases or other sensitive information with it.

9. Third-party links and information

This website links to third-party sites such as Instagram and X. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Questions

If anything here is unclear, please ask via Instagram or X before booking. See also our Privacy Policy.
